Samara's room (Knock first)

Samara opened the door to her bedroom and then walked it slamming the door behind her. She walked over to her bed and let herself fall onto it. She sighed, why my family.. she asked herself. The thought of losing her Uncle, the only family she had left upset her greatly.

Jace walked toward the door and knocked on it "Samara" he said. he knocked on the door again and again. He didn't like seeing her sad and he would help her not matter what.

"Yes," she called, her voice was cracking. The blue eyed brown haired girl was on the verge of crying. "come in." she sat up on her bed and brought her knees to her chest like she normally does.

Jace came in and sat on her bed next to her "tell me whats wrong" he said. He looked at her with his calm and sympathetic gray eyes "and tell the truth" he said.

She wrapped her arms tightly around her legs and rested her head on her chin. Samara was quiet at first and unsure of what to tell this guy. She closed her blue eyes for a brief moment before releasing her legs and slowly sliding them down over the edge of the bed. "My Uncle is dying.." she said as tears began to weld up in her eyes.

Jace nodded, he knew what it was like for people close to you to die. He opened his arms and looked at her as if asking if she wanted a hug, he looked at her.

She slunk down into his arms and began to cry. The salty wet tears ran down over her soft cheeks. She sobbed quietly in his arms. Samara desperately wiped at her eyes as if she were trying to stop herself from crying and this was going to do the job.

Jace hugged her to his chest and laid his chin on her head "I cant say it will be ok, but just to let you know I will be here and so will your pack" he said calmly. He pulled her onto his lap and hugged, this was a moment of sadness and comfort and no one cared if he was hugging her.

She twisted herself to where she could wrap her arms around him and rest her chin on his shoulder. Samara was heart broken. "He's the only blood family I have left.." she said. The tears now stopping. "He practically raised me when my mother died.." she weeps, closing her eyes tightly.

Jace nodded "I know how you feel" he said. He stroked her hair and then continued "my parents were killed when I was very young, they were alphas of a strong but small pack so I had gotten the alpha blood just not the pack because they were all slaughtered. Then I found this place and I couldn't want any less" he said. He let her hug hum tightly and put her chin on his shoulder.

She pulled back slightly to look him in the face. "At least your parents cared for their pack." she said with anger in her voice and eyes. Sure she missed her mother but she disrespected the fact that her mother took off and left the pack to do whatever when she ended up pregnant with Samara.

Jace nodded "whats done is done it is the past and getting mad at it wont do anything" he said. He looked at her with calm but sad gray eyes.,

She returned back to her position with her arms locked around him, resting her chin on his shoulder. "I suppose so.." she said with a quiet voice. The blue eyed girl sighed, still very upset about her dying uncle.

Jace nodded. He waited for her to say something, he knew what it felt like to be alone it was the worst feeling. He hugged her and put his chin back resting lightly on the top of her head.

After a long moment of silence she pulled herself away from Jace and looked at him. "I'd like to hop in the shower." she said. "You can wait here or I can meet you downstairs." she removed herself from his lap and stood up on the floor heading towards her dresser.

Jace nodded "Its your choice" he said as he watched her. He shifted into his furry white wolf and watched her. He waited for her answer with perked ears.

She pulled got out some clean clothes and then walked back over to her bed. She patted his head. "You can stay in here. I won't take long." she rubbed behind his ears before turning and heading towards her bathroom. She closed the door behind her. She turned on the faucet. Running water could be heard from inside her bedroom.

Adolpha tilted his head in pleasure as his ears where scratched. He waited for her to be out of the shower so they could hang out.

She finished her shower in a matter of minutes. She dried herself off before putting on her fresh clothes. Deciding on not brushing or blow drying her hair she brushed it quickly and then put it up into a bun. She also decided against make-up, giving her appearance a younger look. She went to the door but stopped before opening it. Sighing, pushing away the thoughts of her uncle she reached for the door knob and turned it. Seeing the brute was still in wolf form and on her bed she walked over to the bedside and sat down.

Adolpha got up and laid his head on her lap. He looked up at her and had an evil look in his eve. He sat up and licked her face and stood back letting his tongue loll out of his mouth. He had a wolf like smirk plastered on his face.

She smiled and petted him. "What's running through your mind right now?" she asked the large white beast. She ran her fingers in his fur and then gripped it gently before petting him again.

Adolpha shrugged and laid his head on her lap. He looked around her room (do they have a pack link)

She opened her mind to the brute so they could better communicate while he was in his wolf form. She normally kept up a block.

Adolpha started to let his block go "so do you want to go riding" he asked in the mind link. He looked up at her with gray eyes.

"Riding?" she asked in slight confusion. Her blue eyes rested on his unusual gray ones. She tilted her head slightly and watched him.
